Legal Framework

Terms of Service.

Effective Date: May 2026 | SiftPure Engine v2.0

1. Acceptance of Protocol

By accessing or integrating with the Persisti5 platform, the SiftPure engine, or our API endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an enterprise entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Zero-Trust Data Processing & Ephemeral Compute

Persisti5 operates as a "Digital Cleanroom." Our semantic data distillation services are designed to process unstructured legacy data (including but not limited to Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments) specifically to extract core intelligence.

  • No Persistent Storage: Data processed through the SiftPure engine is handled via ephemeral compute enclaves. Once the structured JSON output is generated, the environment is immediately wiped.
  • No Model Training: Persisti5 explicitly does not use client payload data to train public generative AI models.
  • Client Responsibility: You retain all ownership rights to your data. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to transmit said payloads to our API for processing.

3. Enterprise Access and Security Limits

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the SiftPure engine strictly for internal data migration and distillation purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying semantic routing logic of the API. Any unauthorized penetration testing or attempt to bypass the rate-limiting telemetry will result in immediate API key revocation.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Persisti5 engineers the platform for maximum accuracy in filtering ROT (Redundant, Obsolete, Trivial) data, semantic distillation is probabilistic by nature. Persisti5 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from migration interruptions, data classification variances, or API downtime. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the enterprise for the specific distillation job in question.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to enterprise technology contracts in our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
